Terms & Conditions
This is where I share all the important details about how we work togethe, from booking and payments to cancellations and what happens before and after your tattoo. It’s here to help everything go smoothly and keep things clear.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit:
• Reserves your time in my calendar
• Will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo
• Can be rescheduled once if you notify me at least 48 hours in advance
• Will be forfeited in case of no-shows, late cancellations (less than 48 hours), or arriving more than 45 minutes late — unless I’ve confirmed the change doesn’t affect my time or workflow
The remaining payment is due in cash on the day of your session. No other payment methods are accepted unless arranged ahead of time.
For guest spots or special travel bookings, a higher deposit (usually 50%) is required due to limited availability. These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please be sure before confirming.
About the Design & Creative Process
Whether your tattoo is a custom piece or selected from one of my flashes, each design is a personal and unique creation — drawn with care, thought, and intention. My designs are non-repeatable, unless otherwise stated on my website.
To help the creative process go smoothly:
• Please send all important references, ideas, and details ahead of time
• Take a moment to browse my portfolio and make sure you connect with my style and approach
• If you’re unsure about your idea or just want to talk it through, I’m happy to offer a free consultation at the studio — it’s a great way to brainstorm and clarify before we commit to a design
Here’s how the process works — gently, and with space for you to feel involved and respected:
• I don’t send design previews in advance. You’ll see your design on the day of the session
• There will always be time to calmly review it together. I will never pressure you to proceed — getting a tattoo is a big decision, and I want you to feel completely comfortable
• If the design aligns with what we discussed, adjustments are always welcome and included — we will take the time to make sure it feels just right
• If you decide to move in a completely different direction under 48 hours from the appointment — for example, changing from a flower to a landscape — we may need to reschedule and adjust the price. In that case, your deposit may be retained, as it covered the time spent designing and reserving your appointment.
Please note:
• All designs remain my intellectual property and may not be copied, reused, or altered without permission
• I may use the artwork as part of my portfolio, website, or social media
If you’re feeling anxious or unsure at any point, please know this is completely normal. You’re encouraged to send references, ask questions, or request a meeting. It’s welcomed, expected, and not a problem. While I won’t send previews of the final design before the session, we will stay in touch throughout the creative process to make sure you feel supported and involved.
Healing, Touch-Ups & Long-Term Care
While I aim for the highest quality in every piece, healing results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and how well aftercare is followed.
Touch-ups are:
• Free within 3 months of your session
• Evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the tattoo and the reason for the touch-up
If your tattoo has healed well but you simply want to refresh the colors or details — especially after a year or more — this may involve a fee. However, I’m always happy to keep my work looking at its best, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
About Numbing Cream
I don’t recommend numbing creams, as they can sometimes interfere with the skin’s texture, ink absorption, and healing process.
If you choose to use a numbing product:
• Please let me know in advance
• Use is at your own risk
• I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the session if the product affects the tattooing process or wasn’t disclosed beforehand — in that case, the deposit will be forfeited
Health & Safety
Your safety and wellbeing are my top priorities.
Before we begin, it’s important that you’ve shared accurate and complete health information in the form you filled out. This includes any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or anything else that might affect how the tattoo is done or how it heals. This info helps me take care of you in the best and safest way possible.
Please be aware that I can’t tattoo you if you’re under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the day of your appointment. If that happens, I’ll need to cancel the session, and your deposit will be retained. This is to protect your health and make sure you get the best possible result.
There are also times when I may need to postpone your session — for example, if you show up with a sunburn, rash, open wound, or anything else in the area to be tattooed that could interfere with the process or healing. If there’s anything that makes it unsafe to proceed, we’ll reschedule, and the deposit will be retained.
While I take every precaution to maintain a clean and safe environment, reactions like infections, allergies, or healing issues can sometimes happen. These are rare but possible. Once the tattoo is done, your aftercare plays a big role in how the skin heals. If anything unusual comes up, please get in touch with a medical professional.
Photography & Data Privacy
I love to document the tattoo process and the final result, it’s how I share my work and connect with others who might be inspired by it.
By signing this agreement, you allow me to:
• Photograph and/or film the tattoo process and final piece
• Use those images or videos for my portfolio, website, and social media
If you’d prefer your face not to be shared at all, just let me know — no explanation needed, and your privacy will be fully respected.
Your personal data — including your name, contact details, tax number, ID, and health information collected through the form — is stored securely and handled with care. It is used exclusively for booking, safety, and administrative purposes, such as sending appointment confirmations, aftercare info, legal invoices, or notifying you about promotions related to my activities.
All data is protected under GDPR and relevant privacy laws. Your information will never be sold or shared, and you can request access or deletion at any time.
Studio environment & Guest Policy
To help maintain a calm and focused environment, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.
Please avoid bringing friends, family, or companions into the session unless it’s absolutely necessary. This helps me stay focused and ensures a more peaceful experience for both of us.
Responsibility, Consent & Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:
• You are over 18 years old and will provide a valid ID
• You are choosing to get tattooed willingly and take full responsibility for this decision
• I can offer guidance and suggestions, but ultimately only you can decide to proceed — not your friends, partner, or family
• You acknowledge that I provided you with clear aftercare instructions, and you commit to following them to reduce the risk of poor healing
• You understand that I am not responsible for how your body heals, and that I am not liable for infections, allergic reactions, or other medical issues — medical concerns should be addressed with a licensed health professional.
